It's important to keep in mind that Steelcase benefits run on a plan year that begins on March 1, not a calendar year. This means the 2025 plan year will end February 28, 2026.

Need to Enroll for 2024 and 2025 Benefits?
If you’re enrolling in benefits for the rest of the 2024 plan year (which ends February 28, 2025) and all of the 2025 plan year (which begins March 1, 2025), you should know what to expect for both years. While most things don’t change from year to year, some things could be different.

Make It Yours
Once you’ve done your homework, if you want coverage through Steelcase, you must enroll by your deadline. Otherwise, you won’t have medical and prescription drug coverage through Steelcase for you and your family.
